Can MVP and Bobby Lashley recreate the magic of The Hurt Business with their new stable?

Bobby Lashley and MVP are no longer officially associated with the WWE, as shown by their move from the active WWE roaster to the alumni section of wwe.com. Everyone is waiting to see what happens next for both of these superstars, as reports suggest they may form a new faction in AEW. Furthermore, there have been allegations that MVP was attempting to patent a name for this group in the past.

A fresh story has surfaced, claiming that MVP and Bobby Lashley may have picked a new group name. According to new reports, on August 14, this new registration occurred, and the name that was allegedly booked was The Hurt Syndicate. This is an unusual name because it was previously assumed that The Hurt Business would be the faction’s moniker. However, it appears that the plans were revised at the last minute as the old name may have already been copyrighted by WWE since the corporation is known for doing such things.

The report stated,On August 14, a trademark filing was made for the term ‘The Hurt Syndicate’ for wrestling purposes by a company going by the name ‘Totally Harmless Concept, LLC’ This same company had filed to trademark ‘MVP’ back in 2013 It also filed to trademark ‘Ghetto Strong Style’ in 2013, a song by MVP that he used as his theme in NJPW”

Bobby Lashley’s alleged group will include these superstars

As previously said, MVP intends to revamp the whole Hurt Business in another promotion, therefore the members of this faction will most likely be the same. This suggests that the former members of this group, Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, are expected to join AEW shortly to form this faction.
