Bobby Lashley made a daring step recently by deciding to depart from the WWE. But he is not alone in making this decision as his former manager MVP is also quitting the company soon. Both of them were well-known as the creators of Hurt Business, and it appears that after leaving WWE, they intend to revive this group in another promotion.
There are already several reports circulating in the market about Bobby Lashley reforming the Hurt Business in AEW. According to Dave Meltzer, these claims are accurate, and discussions are now taking place between the two sides. WWE Insights has also said that the faction may still have all of its original members and that they would all reunite.

Although these things have not been proven, there is still chatter, and it will be up to Tony Khan to decide whether or not to include this group in his promotion plans.

Dave Meltzer stated, “I know that there is talk of them trying to get into AEW. It’s one of those things where technically nobody can talk to them because I don’t believe either’s contract is expired but their contracts are going to expire…as things stand right now, WWE is under the assumption that they are gone and that they are going to try to revamp The Hurt Business. I don’t know if they’ll use that name or not. I guess it depends on the ownership of the name.”
