Having had several epic encounters over the years, both these legends enhanced their stature in WWE history by helping each other. Additionally, their friendship stood the test of time and strengthened as they both became older.
Now in an interview with Theo Von, Hogan spoke about the Nature Boy. The immortal Hogan shed light on the horrid health scare Ric Flair faced in 2017, for which he had to go under the knife.
Hogan quoted, saying: “The doctor pulled me aside and said, your buddy here has destroyed his body, his intestines and stuff are dying. You see, he’s got a 5 percent chance of making it through surgery.
However, he also shared his reaction to the first words uttered by Flair post his surgery. Hogan said: He (Flair) looks up at me and says Hogan, get me a six-pack. What? First thing he said to me, get me a six-pack, when he woke up. I thought he was tripping man; it blew my mind.
