Roman Reigns has been on a career-defining run as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. He has been a world champion for over 800 days, a reign that began in 2020 two years ago. Such dominance is unprecedented in the modern era of wrestling. Reigns is simply untouchable or what he likes to call in God mode. MVP believes Omos could be WWE Champion after Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has dominated WWE recently like no other star. His sheer dominance with the titles puts him in the esteemed company of the likes of Hulk Hogan, John Cena, and even Bruno Sammartino. Wrestling fans and more importantly WWE fans aren’t used to seeing this type of dominance in the modern era. In fact, recently The Tribal Chief completed an astonishing 1096 days since the last time anyone pinned him in WWE. Three years ago in 2019, Baron Corbin was the last man to hold Reigns down for a three-count. However, sooner or later someone has to end Reigns’ historic run.

MVP recently shared his thoughts about Omos. He said that the 7ft 3inch giant would win the ultimate prize soon enough. Speaking on Good Karma Wrestling, MVP said that at this point in his career he hopes to lead Omos to championship success.

He said, “No one is bigger, no one is stronger, and with my experience and his aptitude, the WWE Championship, I would say it’s an inevitability. We will get there, but it’s not easy. You have some amazing talents.” The former WWE tag team champion then implied that Omos could eventually dethrone Roman Reigns.

MVP added, “For example, Roman Reigns who is the Undisputed Champion right now and we’re trying to get there. But, intelligently, step by step. The Nigerian Giant Omos is smashing everyone in his path and the goal, my goal is to see him hoist the premier championship in all of sports entertainment.”

Apart from being a successful wrestler himself, MVP has a proven track record as a manager. He managed Bobby Lashley when the All Mighty won his first WWE Championship title. Omos sure has the right man by his side. But for the time being both MVP and Omos may have to wait. Despite having held the RAW Tag Team titles once, he hasn’t wrestled on live TV since November 21.
