The fourth women’s Royal Rumble was the first Battle Royale of the night. As anticipated earlier, there were lots of surprises, with Bianca Belair ultimately emerging as the winner of the coveted match.

Former Women’s Champions Bayley and Naomi started off the match as the first two entrants. This marked Naomi’s in-ring return after she was shelved in September. Soon after, Bianca Belair joined them, and the Battle Royale began.

Various promising NXT Superstars like Shotzi Blackheart, Toni Storm, and Rhea Ripley entered the Battle Royale. Veterans like Jilian, Mickie James, Tory Wilson, and Victoria also entered the mix.

Shayna Baszler scored the first elimination by tossing Shotzi out of the ring. As the match went on, the pace of eliminations increased.

However, in one of the funniest segments of the night, R-Truth became the first man to enter the Women’s Rumble match when he entered after Alicia Fox. It was the wrong rumble, but he had to take refuge in the ring as the challengers for his 24/7 title ambushed him.

Fox briefly became the 24/7 Champion before she was eliminated by Mandy Rose. R-Truth then became the champ again after Fox was pinned outside the Rumble ring.

As we anticipated earlier, Naomi showed her athleticism in the match. She was thrown over the top rope by Bianca Belair, but her feet did not touch the floor. Instead, she used Bianca Belair’s hair to come back into the match again.

Another dreaded competitor, Alexa Bliss, entered at number 27 and almost made Royal Rumble her ‘playground.’ But Rhea Ripley eliminated her before she could do it.

The final four came down to Natalya, Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair. Belair took out Natalya as three women from each roster stared each other down.

She survived for over 56 minutes and won the Royal Rumble from the number three position. Emotions poured in as Belair started crying and thanked her fans and family, saying, “now I’m going to be the EST at WrestleMania.”
