Sasha Banks is on top of the world and has been there since her win over Bayley at Hell in a Cell 2020 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Now, she has faced her first real challenge in the athletic Bianca Belair but seems unphased in the face of this competition.
On the latest edition of Talking Smack, she emphasized this fact and claimed that she aimed not only at retaining her gold at WrestleMania but also winning the Women’s Tag Team Championship from Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler on SmackDown next week.

“Look, I respect Bianca and Bianca respects me. That’s why she chose me. And that’s why I’m the best in the WWE because she chose… ME. I’m the champion,” stated Banks.
“There’s no hate between me and Bianca. So just you wait tomorrow night, we’re going to be making history again when we will be walking in out as Tag Team Champions. Just to remind you, I will be walking out of WrestleMania the SmackDown Women’s Champion,” claimed Banks.
‘The Legit Boss’ is confident of winning the Tag Team titles next week but is more than sure of defending the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. So far, Bianca Belair has been her friend even though she has challenged her for the title.
Sasha Banks is confident of a successful defense at WrestleMania
Sasha wants to walk out of WrestleMania as two-belt Banks, but there is a high chance of her also walking out as no-belt Banks. Although, she doesn’t consider this possibility, and has only glory on her mind.
Bianca Belair, on the other hand, has been a respectful challenger, helping Sasha whenever she needs it. On the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown, she even helped Banks retain her title against Nia Jax by preventing Shayna from interfering.

Sasha Banks did not repay the favor when Belair was in the ring with Shayna Baszler, and that tired a lot of heads. Fans have been complaining about the fact that neither of the two is turning heel, but this may be the game-changer.

We could coon see Banks totally turn on her challenger, becoming the heel once more before WrestleMania. Things will then lead up to a huge showdown at the grandest stage, and Banks may find herself in the same place as her former best friend Bayley, as life goes full circle for her.
