“Better at What?”: Fans Rip Apart Top WWE Star for His Latest Statement on John Cena

The WWE has witnessed several relationships change their dynamics on the show itself. However, each time it’s worth watching the circumstances, it leads to. Recently, we have seen one such interesting turnaround of events. When a 25-year-old wrestler said he was better than his childhood hero, John Cena. 

The video of him boasting and insulting a WWE champion made the fans react aggressively. The derogatory statement by Austin Theory for his own childhood hero John Cena has taken aback the Boston crowd.

Theory has been pretty vocal about his wish to fight with the 16-time world champion. But, that being said, he has also mentioned John Cena as his role model in life. Further, he also made him his escape route during his troubled childhood.

It’s surprising to see the admiration turn into a competition. However, he must have taken plenty of lessons by following his idol in wrestling. He can put all of those into action and try to reach a mark like that of John Cena.

Fans react to Theory’s statement

The unsaid relationship they shared was touching for the fans till Theory made some superior statements about himself. That too by comparing himself with the legends of WWE.

Both the Boston live crowd and fans on the internet got aggressive listening to what Theory said about his childhood hero. The next thing we witnessed was multiple retweets where fans poured out their emotions. Most of them were angry and said that Theory must not compare himself with the WWE legend, in their own words. 

Among all the fans, many of them also wish to witness a match between the two. Similar to the wish of Austin Theory, many people are waiting for him to fight at WrestleMania against his idol. 

Lastly, all we have as an audience is to see if Austin Theory can actually stand by his words. Will he be the two-time United States Champion? Now he has raised expectations by bragging about himself. Let’s see if he can actually prove his words correct.
