The latest episode of Monday Night RAW, which aired last night, opened with a sad announcement. The Judgment Day’s Mami showed up in the ring, wearing an arm brace, and announcing that she had suffered a severe injury. Because of this, she vacated the Women’s World Championship. And it looks like The Judgment Day is already missing the presence of Rhea Ripley.
So much so, that one member even has a special message to share on Twitter, which prompted Mami to reply while outlining a return timeline.

Dominik Mysterio is without a doubt the closest to Rhea Ripley compared to other members of The Judgment Day. After all, she is his Mami. And has played a key role in helping Dirty Dom turn to the dark side. So when Ripley announced that she would be away for a while, Dom-Dom shared a message on Twitter. He wrote, “Come back soon mami. S***s not the same already 🖤 #GraciasMami @RheaRipley_WWE”. This message touched Ripley, and she took no time to reply. She reshared the post with the caption, “🥹 I’ll be back before you know it! 💜”

It sure looks like it will be difficult for the two to stay apart for long. Considering the close bond that the two share. For now, it looks like Dom-Dom will have to look after himself. Without the care of his Mami. But what is Ripley’s injury? And for how long will The Eradicator be away from the ring?
Details on The Eradicator’s injury
Well, early reports have confirmed additional details of the damage the Judgment Day member is carrying. Wrestling Observer reiterated that Rhea Ripley is carrying a partial tear of the acromioclavicular ligament (or AC), located in the shoulder area.

Reporter Bryan Alvarez pointed out that the damage suffered by Ripley was an unfortunate coincidence that WWE did not expect to deal with at this point in its programming. Proof of this is the immediate intention to crown a new world champion, who will be chosen next week on Monday Night RAW.
On a much more positive note, Rhea Ripley’s injury could keep her on the bench for less time than expected. WON recalled that shoulder damage like the one described above can take up to three months of recovery without complications. If the predictions come true, Rhea could return to action for the 2024 SummerSlam season. Nevertheless, we will have to see how her Dom Dom and other Judgment Day members fare in the upcoming months without Mami.
