The conflict between pro wrestlers and the creative team in a wrestling promotion is almost inevitable. This is because the stars have their own ideas regarding what they want their want gimmick to be. They are often very attached to their personas and understandably so. There have been several known accounts of wrestling superstars arguing their way into getting their own ideas executed. But Becky Lynch‘s story is different.

‘The Man’ recently appeared in an interview. There, she talked about her dynamic with the backstage crew. She also went on to explain how changing her perception of the creative team helped her grow as a star.

While talking to ‘Cosmopolitan UK’, the female wrestler answered questions about whether she was content with the creative aspect of her gimmick. After admitting, “I have a good amount of input into my storylines,” she went on to talk about her relationship with the WWE creative team.

Lynch admitted to having fought with the creatives. However, as she grew into a superstar, she learned a valuable lesson. “I think in recent months, I’ve changed my outlook on how I approach my creative process,” revealed the wrestler. She even went on to criticize her past self for fighting over the creative team’s ideas and said, “Instead of doing that, now, I will take whatever creative is given to me, and I will say okay, well whether I like this or not. ‘Can we change this? Okay, we can’t. Great. How do I make this the best it can possibly be?’

Lynch sounds sorted when it comes to her backstage relationships. However, an opponent of hers isn’t exactly happy with how WWE has been with her and it appears she has been unable to adopt Lynch’s perspective on things.

Becky Lynch has been feuding with Bayley for a while now. Despite being two of the horsewomen of WWE, Bayley and Lynch aren’t getting along well. Although Bayley hasn’t been able to get the best of her opponent yet, she keeps on trying. In a recent interview, when ‘The Huggable One’ was asked if she feels like she should be doing greater things at WWE instead, she implied that she deserves more time in the spotlight.

In the interview, she compared herself with Seth Rollins and seemed upset about where she was headed in WWE. Although Bayley did not reveal any discontent specifically with the creative team, her words suggest that she might be expecting a bit more from WWE than what she’s already getting.
