Becky Lynch won the WWE SmackDown Women’s title in an unconventional way when Sasha Banks couldn’t compete at SummerSlam and “higher authorities” called Becky Lynch to challenge Bianca Belair for her title.

On tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX from the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch came out and let the fans know what she thinks about her title win.

Last week Bianca Belair won a Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match over Carmella, Zelina Vega, and Liv Morgan to become the new number 1 contender for Becky’s title.

Becky Lynch has nothing to do with Bianca Belair

‘The Man’ mentioned how she didn’t get to talk about how good Belair was last week. Becky goes on praising Belair and says we can imagine how excited she was to face Belair at SummerSlam. However, Becky is surprised that the fans portray her as the ‘bad guy’ around here.

She even said that everyone in the locker room wants to get involved with her and share her spotlight, especially Bianca Belair.

“I get it, everyone wants to rub elbows and share the spotlight with Big Time Becks”

Becky even said that her return saved SummerSlam because when Sasha Banks didn’t appear, ‘the authorities’ called Becky to face Bianca Belair.

The SmackDown Women’s champion said that said – “just because she hasn’t played the game in a while doesn’t mean she forgot how”.

Her rant on Bianca Belair continues until Belair walked out to the ring. Belair said the title was more than just a title to her; it was part of her for 132 days.

She also mentioned that the title helped her etch her name in the history books. However, she lost all of it in 26 seconds.

Belair brought up how WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is defending his title tonight and challenges Becky to the rematch on tonight’s show.

‘The Man’ said she doesn’t give a damn about what Roman does and said no to her challenge before making her way out.

Becky Lynch will defend her title at the Extreme Rules PPV

After her altercation with Belair in the ring, Lynch was walking backstage when she was approached by Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville where Sonya said, “Becky, Bianca earned her title match.”

Lynch didn’t back down and said, “And she’ll get it. When The Man is ready. Not tonight.” But Adam and Sony had other ideas. They said, “No, not tonight. But that match will happen at Extreme Rules. And just so everybody is crystal clear, next week on SmackDown in Madison Square Garden, you and Bianca will sign the contract and make it official.”

It will be interesting to see Bianca finally getting her chance to win the title back at the Extreme Rules PPV, where she could prove Becky wrong and win back the title.
