The Undertaker has always captured the imagination of many wrestling fans throughout his iconic career. The unmatched aura and the mystique of his character were second to none. So much so that he trembled his opponents and fans alike with his supernatural antics and dead-eyed persona. Fans rarely got to see the personal side of The Deadman during his stellar run with WWE.

But now that he has retired he is a regular feature on social media, either posting himself or featuring in his wife Michelle McCool’s social media posts. Taker brought down the curtains on his three-decades-long career after his WrestleMania 36 match against AJ Styles.

It was certainly a deserved goodbye to his professional wrestling career after years of hard work and persistence. The Phenom had stayed away from his family long enough to miss out on spending time with his loved ones anymore.

Taker has been married to former WWE superstar Michelle McCool aka Michelle Leigh Calaway since 2010. The couple has, on many previous occasions, displayed mutual admiration for each other and has been together through thick and thin.

McCool is a WWE legend in her own right. She was considered an excellent performer during her time with the promotion. Long before the famous women’s revolution took the WWE by storm, she was one of the very few women performers who were rated very highly. She even won the Women’s championship four times during her time with the promotion. 

Her promising career was curtailed by frequent injury problems and she had to bid goodbye to the squared circle in 2011. McCool has since made sporadic appearances on WWE programming, taking part in the women’s Royal Rumble match twice.
