“Be Pi**ed”: Brock Lesnar’s Snub for Paul Heyman Hall of Fame Induction in Favor of Roman Reigns Leaves Twitter Fuming

WrestleMania XL is just around the corner, and fans are more excited than ever. One of the greatest wrestling brains of all-time Paul Heyman is finally being paid his dues this year at the 2024 WWE Hall of Fame. Recently, it was announced that The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, would be inducting his Wiseman.

Paul Heyman has a rich history with some of the biggest names in the pro wrestling business. However, owing to the current storylines, and his past with the Anoa’i family, Reigns was chosen as the most suitable candidate to induct Heyman. However, this left several Twitter users fuming as they demanded justice for Brock Lesnar.

Netizens do not understand why Roman Reigns was chosen instead of Brock Lesnar

The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar has been missing in action for several months now. His last WWE appearance came at SummerSlam 2023 when he lost to Cody Rhodes and helped elevate The American Nightmare. Post which owing to certain circumstances, WWE found it better to delete all evidence of Lesnar, until his recent appearance during Roman Reigns’ biographical documentary. The decision to snub Lesnar and choose Roman Reigns to induct Paul Heyman did not sit well with the fans.

As soon as the news was announced, fans took to the internet to voice their opinion and anger. Here are some of the reactions:

Some fans still failed to digest the fact that Lesnar was not chosen as the person to induct Paul Heyman.

Some fans even want Lesnar to interrupt Reigns’ speech at the Hall of Fame.

While Roman Reigns shares a strong bond with Paul Heyman, Lesnar has a deeper history with Heyman.

Why does Lesnar deserve to induct Paul Heyman more than Reigns?

The superstar that Brock Lesnar is today might be all because of Paul Heyman. Heyman helped introduce Brock Lesnar to WWE’s main roster, and elevate him as ‘The next big thing’. From managing him early on in his career to again being back by his side during his 2012 return, Lesnar and Heyman have been inseparable. While both of them have had their ups and downs, their relationship is much more believable than Roman Reigns’ connection with Heyman. Although Heyman has a past with the Anoa’i family, he also has connections with several ECW superstars and CM Punk. These names add credibility as Heyman’s inductee rather than Reigns whose connection with his WiseMan is more recent.
