The first WWE pay-per-view of the year ended with some amazing matches. And, the 30-men Royal Rumble match was the highlight of it. Even during the match, WWE fans witnessed some amazing moments. The arena filled with excitement when Rey Mysterio’s theme hit. He was supposed to enter the ring at number 17. However, it didn’t happen.

The 50,000+ fans in the arena were wondering why didn’t Rey show up. The mystery was solved to some extent when Dominik Mysterio made his way to the ring at number 18, wearing Rey Mysterio’s mask. Fans started wondering if Dominik stole his father’s mask to stop him from entering the rumble.

WWE might reveal it on Monday Night Raw succeeding the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. However, it is sure that the father-son rivalry is not over yet. The WWE universe might witness some amazing feud between Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik Mysterio, somewhere near WrestleMania 39.
