Hulk Hogan has always been a top sought star. Hogan is often credited with the reason behind WWF’s initial success. His charisma and Babyface nature quickly won over the fan’s hearts.

The 69-year-old was the face of the company for a long time and helped turn the company into an International giant from a regional company.

The 1980s and early 90s witnessed The Hulkster become the company’s golden boy. His popularity earned him success.

During his time, he was one of the most top-drawing stars, and he rightfully earned a massive paycheck for that, too. His popularity and success opened for him, the door to many future opportunities.

Long after his WWE run, Hogan would star in the Vh1 reality tv show, ‘Hogan Knows Best’, where he would star alongside his family. Brooke Hogan, Nick Hogan and Linda Hogan were an essential part of the tv show.

However, former WWE Legend, Sycho Sid was not a big fan of the reality show. He felt the show portrayed Hogan as an old man. During his interview with ‘Title Match Wrestling’, Sid opened up on his feelings about Hogan and his reality tv show.

The 61-year-old stated, My opinion is, I think it’s bad for him and I’ll tell you and give you a good example. One thing that exposes him is, as an old man. He walks around old, looks old, talked old, talks all about his bad points.” Sid felt the show tarnished Hogan’s image as a tough guy, and portrayed him as an old man.

Hogan and Sycho Sid were once involved in a big rivalry, something which had compelled Sid to almost walking out of the company. However, he did not and the duo also had a match at WrestleMania VIII.

The world knowns Hulk Hogan to be one of the toughest men, and as an alpha. However, his reality tv show portrayed something else, and in turn put a dent on his personality and public image.

His show revealed the real-life situation of Hogan and his family, where he was a man nearing his old age.

However, Sid believed that it did more harm than good. Although the show brought in a lot of viewers, most of them did not come for Hogan. Sid revealed an incident in the interview, where Hogan had planned an event for his show, and how horribly it went.

He revealed that during an event in Memphis, Hogan had promoted his event very much. However, despite such massive promotions, only 2000 people had turned up in the 25,000 people arena. Sid believed that the show was bad for him, and damaged his reputation.
