WWE’s Executive Vice President, Triple H responded to Ronda Rousey’s comments about WWE. Ronda Rousey took the internet by storm when she called the WWE fans “ungrateful” and claimed that she will never perform on a full-time basis for the company.
Rousey has been off television since WrestleMania 35. Her comments enraged the fans as well as superstars backstage. Questions were raised whether her statements were genuine or staged.
Many speculate that this might be the handy work of the WWE, as the company wants to bring back the superstar as a ‘heel.’ Another section of the fans believes that Rousey is fed up with the pro-wrestling industry.

The latter is a little hard to believe, as she also spoke in favor of WWE’s pay structure.
Triple H responds to Ronda Rousey
Speaking to CBS Sports HQ, Paul Levesque a.k.a. Triple H addressed Rousey’s comments.
‘The Game’ did not offer much insight on the subject. But he did say, “Wait and see.”
“Ronda is an expert at pushing buttons,” Levesque said. “It’s a funny thing, when you promote the fight, whether boxing or MMA, part of your job is the fight and the other part is to promote fights. The question for people is, is she promoting or are these her true feelings? I think that is where the rub comes in for most people. I think that’s what makes this intriguing. Is this the real Ronda Rousey? Is this the Ronda Rousey she wants you to see? Is this Ronda manipulating people? Or is this just Ronda being Ronda? The world needs to wait and see and find out. I need to wait and see and find out. I’m just as intrigued as everybody else. So, time will tell.”
Instead of providing clarification, Triple H made it more intriguing.

Furthermore, HHH expressed his satisfaction with this year’s WrestleMania (36). Unlike the previous events,
WrestleMania 36 was held behind closed doors without any audience. Also, it was a two-night event.
Since the WWE had the time to prerecord the bouts, they were nearly flawless. The cards featured some spectacular bouts such as the Firefly Fun House and the Boneyard Match.

“I was very satisfied,” Levesque said. “I think fans were really pleased and seemed to have a great interest in the two-day event. Being totally different, with no fans there but still being entertaining, we did some things that were completely different.
It is true that WrestleMania did not have the same aura around it as the previous 35 times. However, it was a good show with some great matches. The company made a statement and paved a way for other sports organizations like the UFC.
