An Emotional Hulk Hogan Once Scared ‘The Living Daylights’ Out of His Daughter: ‘I’m Like Dad, Be Right There’

Wrestlers have to portray a tough personality on-screen and look unbreakable. However, not all possess the same persona within them. Some are quite emotionally vulnerable, like the WWE legend, Hulk Hogan. Everyone widely regarded him as a resilient wrestler, but her daughter said differently. Brooke Hogan once revealed her father’s actual personality traits on record. 

Similar to his daughter’s difficulty in fitting into high school, and struggling to make friends, Hogan also had some emotional issues. Brooke even got scared a lot of times looking at his father and the situation he was in. The WWE Hall of Famer was not used to living alone before her first divorce. However, fate had some other plans.

When The Hulkster was going through one of the worst phases of his life, he couldn’t be emotionally stable. There was a time in his life when he was dealing with numerous problems. He was stuck between his son’s legal problems and his own bitter divorce from Linda. That was when her daughter got scared watching her father deal with such complications in his life. 

Brooke stated, “There’s been sometimes where he’s been alone that have scared the living daylights out of me and I’m like dad, Be right there. He’s very emotional, and he starts overthinking things. He starts getting really sad.”

During this phase of his life, Hogan clung to his daughter for support. No one other than Brooke was close to him at that point. She saw her father getting shattered with each day.

Hogan’s life came on track when he found comfort in the arms of Jennifer McDaniel. Both of them got married in 2010 with massive approval from his daughter. Hulkmania’s daughter once mentioned Jennifer as someone whom she trusts to take care of his father as much as she would. Life went pretty well for some time, but soon the five-time WWF champion had to deal with another divorce in 2021. 

The Sterling Golden had an enormous schedule because of which he was crowded with people most of the time. For a person like him, who has a lot of things on the platter to accomplish every day, it’s a scary place to be alone. When one always had the support of his better half and then suddenly everything vanishes, it’s shattering.
