The Hulkster has had public falling outs with some wrestlers like Bret Hart, Randy Savage, and a few others. And it turns late WWE legend Matt Borne, famous in WWE as Doink the Clown didn’t think highly of Hogan as well.
Borne lashed out Hulk Hogan for his statement on Randy Savage
Hulk Hogan‘s decorated wrestling career is also littered with stories of his ego and him rubbing people the wrong way. There are many stories of Hogan being protective of his legacy and doing anything to keep his spot.
Away from the ring, Hogan had significant real life feuds with some top names in the business. One of these names being the ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage.
The two stars teamed up and then wrestled against each other on the biggest stage but had differences over the years due to one issue or another.
There was animosity between the two legends that was public knowledge. The two were estranged for many years, but Hogan claimed they made up some time before Savage’s untimely death in 2011.
Matt Borne, who wrestled in WWE as Doink the Clown from 1992 to 1993, once shed light on Hogan’s relationship with WWE legend Randy Savage.
Borne disagreed with Hogan’s comments about making up with Macho Man before his death. In an interview with Inside the Ropes in 2012, Borne said, “When he said that him and Randy had made up, after Randy had died, well that’s bullsh*t. Randy hated Hogan.”

He also didn’t mince his words when talking about why he hates Hogan. Borne stated, “He was an arrogant f**k. I still think he is, I look at him and laugh because I know him for who he truly is. I don’t like him, I really find it hard to even like him as a person. He’s a phony inside and out.”

Borne himself passed away in 2013 and his comments indicated he wasn’t Hogan’s biggest admirer. Hogan may have mended fences with Savage, but when it came to Borne, this wasn’t the case.
