Amidst Spider-Man Replacement Rumors, Fans Raise Suspicion Over Old Tom Holland Photo With 14-Time WWE Champion Resurfacing

Witnessing WWE stars alongside Hollywood celebrities is a frequent sight, as both reside within the entertainment realm. However, there are instances when an unexpected combination of pictures can perplex fans regarding their genuineness. That said, a picture of WWE’s Queen Charlotte Flair with SpiderMan Tom Holland has been making the rounds. 

Despite the photo’s apparent authenticity, there’s a curious lack of recollection regarding its origin. Amusingly, in the picture, Tom Holland is holding the old WWE Divas title on his shoulder while Charlotte Flair is standing beside him, wearing her signature radiant smile. 

When did Charlotte Flair meet Tom Holland?

By the looks of it, the picture appears to be from 2016 or 2017. The Divas Championship was also Charlotte Flair’s first-ever belt in WWE in 2015. After spending two months on the main roster, Flair defeated Nikki Bella to capture the title. It was around this time that Spider-Man Homecoming was in the works. The film was eventually released in 2017.

With characters undergoing a change toward becoming anti-heroes, Tom Holland’s involvement in the project remains in limbo. However, the likes of Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield are reportedly going to make their return to Sony’s version of the Spider-Man Universe. It should also be noted that the confirmed addition of Sydney Sweeney has further led to speculation about Tom Holland’s replacement. 

According to reports, Sweeney has been cast as Julia Carpenter (Spider-Woman) in Sony’s Madame Web film. Anyway, we will have to wait and see if Tom Holland confirms his exit or makes his return in the future.
