Last year, ahead of the beginning of the NFL season, the duo gave fitness enthusiasts a treat by shooting a workout video together. The Rock and Donald showed a back and bicep routine.

But, how do we know that he is Dwayne Johnson’s favorite athlete you ask? Well, Johnson posted a video on his Instagram where his two lovely daughters are seen bringing him Father’s Day special breakfast in his office at home. In the background, Johnson has a signed Aaron Donald jersey framed.

Dwayne Johnson reveals his superpower that would save a floundering XFL

After purchasing the XFL from Vince McMahon in 2020, Dwayne Johnson launched the first season of the football league under new ownership on February 18, 2023. The XFL is now owned by Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and The RedBird Capital. Despite the hype, the league failed to generate profit for Johnson. He said, “The superpower here, I believe is storytelling,” he continued, And what I mean by that, to drill down a little bit more into that, is storytelling, showing the world how these players matter. Even though they may not be big stars, they may not be making $50M but they matter. They are working their asses off.”

At this point, The XFL is proving to be an albatross around Johnson’s neck. However, We will have to wait and see how the XFL fares the next season.
