The next challenger for World Heavyweight Champion has been decided. Seth Rollins will defend his WWE gold against former NXT Champion Bron Breakker. And it will happen live at next week’s edition of NXT. Last week, Breakker challenged Rollins for his WHC title and this week the latter accepted it.
‘The Visionary’ started his journey to stardom from the very ring of NXT. It was his home in his early days in the promotion. And next week he is going back to his old home, where he will put his gold on the line. Also, like in his typical Rollins fashion, he once again took a cheeky dig at Roman Reigns while accepting Breakker’s challenge.

It appears as if the reigning World Heavyweight Champion has made it a mission to berate Reigns at every chance he gets. It is no secret Reigns doesn’t have an iota of respect for his former Sheild brother. And in an interview, he said it was so because he feels ‘The Big Dog’ is neither a respectable title holder nor a fighting champion.
Once again, he made the fans aware of the resentment he carries in his heart for ‘The Tribal Chief’. “I’m the World Heavyweight Champion, that actually defends his title” were the exact words he used to berate Reigns. Though he was talking to Breakker at the time, it was pretty obvious that he meant it for Reigns.
Apart from taking a jibe at the reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, he also accepted Breakker’s challenge for his WHC title.
Rollins is delighted to take a trip to his old home
Rollins made a special appearance on this week’s episode of WWE NXT. He clarified he is not the one to give random title opportunities to anyone who goes out calling his name. Just because Breakker is a former NXT Champion like Rollins, it doesn’t mean he can challenge him whenever it pleases him.

However, he agreed to put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line, as he liked Breakker’s bold approach of calling him out. Breakker’s ‘just go for it’ attitude impressed him very much. Plus, he also felt delighted about visiting his old home from where his amazing WWE career started.
