When you’re young and broke, it might not sting because the hardships of life haven’t kicked in yet. But, for Dwayne Johnson, it was different.

As a fifteen-year-old, he wasn’t quite able to have fun like others did. His mind wondered about the vastness of life, and he wanted to experience it in the best way possible. Unfortunately, his family didn’t have a lot of money back in the day.

As a broke fifteen-year-old, he was often showing his frustration in ways which would land him in trouble. And even arrested. This added to his inner fire. There was not one fibre in his body which didn’t want to overturn his fortune.

Johnson took to social media to show the young man, Bradley Constant, who plays fifteen-year-old Johnson in Young Rock. He revealed that Constant has a heart of gold, and a smile that can light up the room. On the other hand, fifteen-year-old Johnson had a good heart as well. But his smile was fading because of his limitations in life.

But, the fact that this is Constant’s first TV interview for playing The Rock, it’s overwhelming to know the fortunate changes brought in this young man’s life because of Dwayne Johnson’s story.

Dwayne Johnson has poured his heart and soul into Young Rock

One must be proud of their own story, and The Rock is grateful for his journey.

His journey from being broke to being a WWE Megastar to becoming the highest paid actor in the world has taught him valuable lessons about work ethics, determination, passion, and hard work.

He has often preached about hard work and being the hardest worker in the room. Therefore, when Young Rock’s idea was being floated around, Johnson knew this was a story that needed to be told as accurately as possible.

Hence, he was there at almost all meetings, overlooked the most minor details, and ensured production was on schedule for the same. Additionally, he worked closely with the actors to help them capture the emotions behind all the scenes.
