Former WWE Raw Women’s champion, Alexa Bliss, is on a brief hiatus as she is scheduled to have surgery related to her sinus problem after an unsuccessful attempt to capture the title from then-Raw women’s champion, Charlotte Flair, at the Extreme Rules PPV.

Bliss recently upload an Instagram story, where she is seen sharing the picture with former women’s champion, Nia Jax, and former WWE superstar, Mojo.

WWE shockingly released Nia Jax in the latest rounds of the infamous “budget cuts”. Ever since her firing, multiple backstories came forward as to why WWE let the former champ go. However, Jax recently vented out her feelings online, where she confessed she took the break because of her mental health.

In her latest Instagram story, it looks like Bliss is enjoying her little time off from work while hanging out with her friends who used to work with the former champ.

Nia and Bliss share a wonderful friendship and the WWE Universe has witnessed it several times during the reality show called- Total Divas on the WWE Network.

The current gimmick of Alexa Bliss is losing its magic?

Back when Bry Wyatt, aka ‘The Fiend,’ was still the hottest commodity in all of wrestling, WWE creative team spiced his gimmick by putting a ‘sinister’ version of Alexa Bliss beside him.

Despite Wyatt being long gone, Bliss is still in that gimmick. WWE tried to tweak her gimmick by giving her a ‘doll’ named Lilly, which has mysterious powers like Undertaker’s urn.

Honesty, there are a bunch of fans who have now given up on this gimmick of Bliss and want to see her main eventing PPVs like she was doing a couple of years back.

This can happen if Bliss comes back with her old gimmick and gets behind the top prize of women’s division on Raw or SmackDown.
