John Cena’s Iconic Rival Desperately Pushing for Dream Match Against WWE Hall of Famer

It appears that WWE is seriously considering a WrestleMania match between AJ Styles and Edge. Every WWE Superstars expects a WrestleMania moment for themselves and it seems like the former WWE Champion Styles desires to wrestle with the R-Rated Superstar of WWE at WrestleMania.

Edge recently ended his feud with The Miz and Maryse, and for AJ Styles, it would give him one of the biggest opponents in his wrestling career.

AJ Styles appreciating the 11-time World Champion

The Phenomenal AJ Styles appeared on Ariel Helwani’s meets interview earlier today. He joined Helwani to talk about his career in WWE. In addition, AJ Styles was asked if there is one wrestler left that he wants to work with within WWE. Both Helwani and Styles shared a laugh and agreed that they knew the answer to this question.

The Phenomenal Styles replied, “Edge is that guy. He’s so knowledgeable. He’s such a superstar. I would love the opportunity to get in the ring with him.” The former WWE Champion isn’t wrong about the R-Rated Superstar.

Edge is an 11-time World Champion of WWE. He has been inside the ring with WWE legends, such as John Cena, The Big Show, Randy Orton, Triple H, and many more. Also, the Edge has been a part of the WWE family since 1998 and has vast experience in the wrestling business and he is indeed one of the greatest of all time.

The Phenomenal Styles desperately want a match with Edge!

Styles has wanted to have a match with Edge for a long time. “There was that time when I thought there would never be an opportunity to wrestle him, and now, it’s here,” added the Phenomenal AJ Styles.

 AJ Styles also mentioned there is a limited time left before Edge, or he retires, and he wants to have that dream match.

Styles responded, “I desperately want to get that match. I think it’s the one that most fans would enjoy.” The Phenomenal mentioned that he has already talked to the R-Rated Superstar, Edge, about the dream match. He said, “Yes. The feeling is mutual. We just have to make it happen.”
