The family drama is at its peak in WWE. With The Usos turning their back on Roman Reigns and pinning him after almost three years, Reigns currently at one of the most down times of his career. With threats and beatdowns from Jey Uso, The Bloodline has been much weaker.

However, despite his setbacks, The Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns received a major show of respect from the legend himself, The Undertaker. Reigns and The Undertaker are former rivals but always admired each other.

What did The Undertaker do to show respect to Roman Reigns?

The Phenom is arguably one of the biggest names in WWE history. Over his career of almost three decades, he maintained a certain aura about himself. The Undertaker is one of the most respected men in the locker room, and any show of respect from him is worth every penny.

Recently, WWE shared a series of images from previous SummerSlam events. And the carousel of images included one of Roman Reigns sharing a gala time with The Phenom. The WWE Hall of Famer would share and repost that image on his Instagram story, and write, “Respect!”

Despite being mortal enemies in the past, the two athletes share a mutual respect for each other. And The Undertaker proved his sportsmanship when he paid his respect to Reigns. Reigns and The Undertaker had fought at WrestleMania 33, where Reigns came out on top. Ever since that, The Undertaker understood Reigns’ potential and always maintained a show of respect for him.

The Tribal Chief of WWE is now left without his tribe. With a much more intense challenge standing ahead of him in the form of Jey Uso, Reigns now should stay alert, and always keep an eye over his shoulder for any looming threats.

Will Jey Uso be able to avenge his brother Jimmy Uso against Roman Reigns?

Still rumored, and not confirmed, Roman Reigns’ next challenge will likely be against Jey Uso at SummerSlam 2023. After consistent attacks on The Bloodline, and especially Solo Sikoa, Jey Uso is now much more hungry than before.

With possible sparks of tension brewing between Reigns, and Sikoa, fans expect the Street Fighter to turn against Reigns anytime soon. However, if Jey Uso faces Reigns at SummerSlam, fans can expect WWE to pull the trigger and conclude the epic Bloodline saga with a Jey Uso win.

Regardless of the outcome, Roman Reigns is currently one of the greats, and a show of respect from The Undertaker uplifted his status even more.
