The star in question here is the Arrogant Aussie, Grayson Waller. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) he wrote, “It’s 2024 and I think it’s time I turn over a new leaf. No more causing chaos on TV, no more saying mean things. I’m going to be on my best behavior #NewYearNewMe.” This is surprising considering how notoriously famous Waller became for his snarky comments and the ability to make any star on the roster angry.

This year, his feud with John Cena caught the attention of many fans. It all began with a few X threads. While Waller has earned notoriety for calling out people on the social media platform, this one was the highlight of 2023. Before fans could realize it, tensions brewed between the two.

When asked how he feels about Taylor Swift’s relationship with her beau Travis Kelce, he said that he was happy for the couple. However, he added that esteemed singer is someone who is way below his league.

This sparked an outrage online. Following this, an army of Swift’s fans barged in on Waller’s social media handles to confront him for his actions. Due to this, he decided to release an apology video. However, he added his signature rub to the video, calling out the fans of the pop star. Moreover, he even challenged the NFL star to defend Taylor Swift’s honor at WrestleMania 40. Regardless, the SmackDown star had a wild year in 2023.
