After Dwayne Johnson, Another Big Name in the Professional Wrestling World Could Have Ended Up in a Lawsuit by Rhaka Khan

The former WWE superstar Rhaka Khan has been the subject of the news for a while. She recently filed a lawsuit against the former WWE star and Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson. Khan alleged that Johnson was responsible for planning her and her kids’ kidnapping. Moreover, Khan has added several other big names to the lawsuit for the same reason.

This incident reminded a former professional wrestling booker and WWE star about the time when he could also have ended up being sued by Rhaka Khan.

The former WWE star could have also faced a lawsuit like Dwayne Johnson

Recently, the former WWE star Dutch Mantell recalled the time when Rhaka Khan could have sued him. During his podcast, ‘Story Time with Dutch Mantell’, the star revealed that he was the person who gave Trenesha Biggers her popular ring name ‘Rhaka Khan’. And because of that, he could have faced some major legal problems.

Mantell said that when he gave the name to Khan, an attorney from TNA called him and made him aware that this could result in a lawsuit against him as the name is quite similar to an American pop singer’s name (Chaka Khan).

Recalling the moment, Dutch Mantell said, “I gave her the name Rhaka Khan from Chaka Khan…..well the attorney called me from Dallas… and he had a really deep southern accent. He said, ‘Well you know that Rhaka Khan name sounds a lot like Chaka Khan’……That’s what I said, ‘No, really?’. He said, ‘Well that could open us up to a lawsuit’…..I said well that’s your job I’m not changing your goddamn name just because of that.”

Along with Dwayne Johnson, Khan has sued several other big names as well. But among all, The Rock is the one who could face major consequences because of this.

How the lawsuit could impact Johnson?

The former WWE superstar Rhaka Khan has not just sued Dwayne Johnson, but several other big names are also on the list. The names also include the WrestleMania 39 host The Miz and his wife. However, Johnson is the one who could lose out on the most.

Out of all the names that Rhaka Khan has sued, Dwayne Johnson is the biggest one. Johnson has been promoting his upcoming Christmas movie ‘Red One’. It is supposed to be released during the holidays this year. And all this negative publicity could adversely affect its release.
