Started back in 1988, this PLE is now a staple of the WWE, and wrestlers try their best to leave their mark. However, as it turns out, whoever did win eventually suffered defeat at the hands of Roman Reigns. Taking to social media, one curious fan pointed out that Reigns has conquered every winner of the Royal Rumble match in the last 18 years. This is shocking, as the names include some of the biggest stars.

Starting with Batista, Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker, John Cena, Randy Orton, Edge, Alberto Del Rio, Sheamus, and Triple H. All these are considered some of the biggest names in the WWE and have won the Royal Rumble at some point. However, they didn’t take long to fall at the Tribal Chief’s feet.

Other names include Shinsuke Nakamura, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Brock Lesnar, and Cody Rhodes. A lot of them were beaten during Reign’s undefeated streak as the WWE Universal Champion. This goes to show how the booking has made the SmackDown star one of the best stars in the WWE. Nevertheless, the Tribal Chief will aim to overcome the next hurdle that is presented in front of him as a certain ‘Legend Killer’ aims to dethrone him.

Reigns will have to overcome Randy Orton

Since Randy Orton returned to the WWE, fans have been waiting for him to get his revenge on The Bloodline. We saw it within the WarGames match when he targeted Jey Uso, his teammate. He even verbally said that he remembered what Jey and Jimmy did to him.

On the recent episode of SmackDown, Orton signed on with the blue brand to get his hands on Reigns. Wrestling fans can expect to see an epic showdown take place before the next Royal Rumble or at Mania 2024. Even CM Punk’s name is thrown into the mix with no shortage of marquee names aiming to dismantle The Bloodline leader.
