Cody Rhodes shook the wrestling world when he jumped ship from AEW and appeared at WrestleMania 38 to face Seth Rollins. Now, in just a year, he is set to face Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 39 for the top prize in the company. This change in WWE and the massive push behind Rhodes can be seen as a new ideology being formed in the WWE headquarters.
There’s no longer a punishment for working for the other company. Officials won’t crucify the wrestler through bad storylines and limiting their potential. Instead, Rhodes is a shining example for wrestlers from AEW or anywhere else to come over to WWE and build a successful career.
While McMahon‘s reign wasn’t the most cheerful for other promotions’ wrestlers, Triple H is more forgiving. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise that this former AEW Champion is open to moving to WWE.

Apart from that, Keller also mentioned that Omega is not in so much love with AEW that he may never want to change his allegiances ever again.

Many fans have fantasized about Omega as part of WWE. Going against Seth Rollins or Roman Reigns could end up happening before The Cleaner hangs up his boots if he makes the move to Stamford. The respect for Triple H is nothing short of legendary behind the doors, so it doesn’t seem like Omega might have any problem working under The Game himself.
Along with that, the main component in this entire discussion is WWE. If the company has no need for an A-lister like Omega because of the sheer magnificence of their own roster, then they will never offer him the position. Even if they do, there is no guarantee that WWE might treat Omega the same way that they did with the returning Rhodes.
