After ‘Cheating’ With Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan Steals Rhea Ripley’s Next Big Achievement

Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan’s feud, which started in 2023, was supposed to see its end in 2024. However, after getting injured in a freak accident, Mami had to take some time off and vacated the Women’s title. While it seemed like Morgan’s revenge tour recorded a substantial win, she had more in mind. With Mami out of the picture, Morgan has slowly taken away everything she holds dear. This includes Dominik Mysterio, and another prized achievement Ripley was proud of.

Currently, Becky Lynch is the WWE Women’s World and is also in the crosshairs of Morgan. The two will be seen battling it out in the upcoming week.

Liv Morgan outshines Rhea Ripley in merch sales

WWE Superstar merch sales help identify the most popular stars. Stars like Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, CM Punk, and many more are often at the top of the list when it comes to figures. Similarly, in the women’s division, Rhea Ripley was among the top and, more often than not, in the #1 spot. The Mami merch has always been a hot seller for the WWE. However, since her departure to recover, Liv Morgan has taken that spot, according to the company. WrestleOps posted, “WWE’s Top 5 merchandise sellers as of Sunday, May 12th 2024 for Women’s Apparel.”

The 29-year-old sits at the #1 spot, with Mami at #5. Another interesting point to note is that Morgan has beaten the likes of Tiffany Stratton, Bayley, and Becky Lynch. Since her return, fans have longed to see the WWE push her to the top. Stratton has been gaining a significant amount of fanfare since the Elimination Chamber, and so has Bayley. After winning the Women’s title at Mania XL, Bayley’s face turn has seen her popularity skyrocket. But it seems like nothing can beat Morgan, who already has Ripley’s Dom Dom.

Morgan stealing Dominik Mysterio from Ripley could have massive ramifications

Since Mami has been out, WWE has shown backstage vignettes of Mogan and Dominik Mysterio. While nothing has been confirmed, seeing the two of them together has let fans speculate something is cooking. The idea is that Morgan will turn Dirty Dom against his own Mami. While fans do tolerate the kayfabe couple, they have been wanting to see Dom Dom do something of his own.

In a recent social media post, fans noticed Morgan had one of Dirty Dom’s bandanas in her pocket. This coupled with the shots of the two talking backstage has fueled the speculation Dom is going to cost Mami her match when she returns to face Morgan. Moreover, the 29-year-old instilling her claws into Dom Dom could lead to the deterioration of The Judgment Day. Taking the love of her life and destroying the faction that she helped create would surely make Ripley wreak havoc upon her comeback to the promotion. What do you think?
