Earlier this year on January 20, 2022, Vicky Askew, mother of Vince McMahon, passed away. She was 101 years old at the of her passing away. This was the reason Mr. McMahon wasn’t there backstage for the Royal Rumble PLE and Shane McMahon took charge of it. 

However, former WWE superstar Ryback a few months later talked ill about Vicky Askew in one of his tweets. In the month of April, the year ‘The Big Guy’ took a shot at McMahon’s mother.

Ryback in his now-deleted tweet wrote, “@VinceMcMahon like most promoters has an insatiable urge to have control. He had no control watching his mom get beat up as a child, which is a horrendous thing for a kid to witness as their wh*re mom tries to make ends meet. Vince has failed to evolve. F*ck you, old man.”

However, now the 41-year-old has once again sparked on Twitter talking about Vinnie-Mac’s mother.

Ryback once again talks about the mother of Vince McMahon on Twitter

A few months back, Ryback shared a tweet taking a shot at Vicky Askew. He received a lot of backlash from the wrestling community for the same as Mr. McMahon has just lost his mother. However, in a recent tweet, The Big Guy apologized to the former WWE CEO for the previous tweet.

Ryback wrote, “I don’t condone anything @wwe and @VinceMcMahon have done in terms of things while I was there and the last 6.5 years of walking away. I stand by the things I’ve said, but do apologize for referencing his mother with what I said. I met her & she was beyond kind to me. Sorry Vicky”

While the 41-year-old is still not past his argument that is going on with WWE. But it seems he felt wrong about his actions and took to Twitter to apologize.

While the investigation of McMahon started, Ryback shared multiple tweets about WWE sending notices. Similarly, he has kept sharing a series of tweets bashing WWE and Vince McMahon on social media.

Ryback was glad to not sign a WWE NDA

Since his departure from WWE, The Big Guy is trying to win the case for the trademark of his character. A few months back he shared a tweet in which he stated, being glad not to sign any NDA with WWE.
