The phenomenal Hulk Hogan again managed to sit atop the headlines in his 70s and not because of his wrestling prowess this time. The Hulkster tied the knot for the third time with his present fiancé Sky Daily in an intimate family ceremony in Florida last Friday. Hogan jumped to date his next lady luck, the yoga instructor, Daily last year. With their initial courtship finally culminating in a wedding, the wrestling world was set ablaze with various gossip and rumors. Among all the tattles, the one that got the highest traction is Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan’s absence in the grand family gathering.

After days of swirling speculations and assumptions, the 35-year-old finally broke the silence.

Despite not liking media intervention in her personal sphere, there’s a certain consequence that comes with carrying the legendary Hulk Hogan’s blood, and his daughter couldn’t escape it. Getting appalled by constant media ranting about her absence at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church on her dad’s big day, Brooke finally shut it down.

Via an Instagram post, Brooke Hogan noted she has a complex dynamic with her family and is currently healing from some least revealed things. Concerning her mental health, she didn’t want to put it at risk by exposing herself to a large family gathering.

In the note on Instagram, she wrote, “Instead of leaving it to speculation, I decided it’s better to shut it all down here. As we all experience this with our own families, the dynamics of a family unit continuously change over the years. With that being said, my family has experienced a LOT of change.”

She further noted, “With all of it happening in the public eye, I’ve had to learn how to best navigate those changes as they come, which has been difficult to say the least.” She also noted she was prioritizing her own well-being and wished her father well.

One of their storylines featured Hogan maniacally controlling her daughter’s life. It also resonated with their real-life chemistry. In fact, Hogan’s interference culminated in Brooke’s failed engagement with Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa.

Hogan later admitted he was the main culprit behind the couple not ending up together. He confessed that he couldn’t let her daughter marry someone that he didn’t even like.
