Since late 2020, AEW has started including other wrestling promotions in their programs. Through the AEW Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View event, AEW has successfully integrated NJPW into its program directly. But now, they have expanded beyond just one event.

Wembley Stadium will witness one such match through the forbidden doors of different promotions. The promotion for the special match through a contract signing segment went as planned, except for a botch from the AEW production team.

Will Ospreay was on the AEW Dynamite show on Thursday to promote his match against the veteran Chris Jericho at the AEW All-In event in Wembley. He took to X and posted this on 24th August “Oi no heat @AEW production office, once again I don’t work there so I’m not mad, but same sense I don’t know who to talk to about this. But the guys played the wrong music last night. Please ensure “Elevated” is played for Wembley.” The Englishman was upset over a wrong entrance theme being played by the production team of AEW Dynamite.

He claimed that he only took it to social media since he does not know who to contact under such circumstances as he works for NJPW.

He requested Tony Khan and his team to play his actual song “Elevated” for his match against Chris Jericho at the AEW All-In event at Wembley.

Ospreay hints at moving to AEW in six months

It will make him the only person to beat Okada, Omega, and Jericho, that too in just two months. He made a revelation about his contract with NJPW by saying, “And that goes very well in six months time because my contract comes up for New Japan Pro Wrestling.
