Jon Huber a.k.a. Brodie Lee tragically passed away due to a lung related health issue, leaving behind a true fan of his in devastation, his son.
However, Lee being the amazing father he was, has made sure to leave behind enough momentos and collections from his pro-wrestling days as a token of reminder of who he was for his son.
In a video documented earlier, Lee opened up about the pride he holds in being a father and the bar he has set for himself as one. He wanted to be like his own father. In some ways, he has accomplished that. Even in the video, Brodie Lee’s son looks happy and proud of his father.

It’s heartbreaking to know that Lee will not get to watch his son grow up and become the wonderful man he wished for him to be. However, with Lee’s legacy to guide him, there is no ounce of doubt that his son will uphold it with all his might.
Lee’s wife announced the tragic news and shared a heartfelt message about her husband. Additionally, AEW shared a statement conveying the grief everyone is enduring.
Brodie Lee was aiming for greater heights at AEW
Brodie Lee was dearly loved by everyone in AEW and WWE. He was a great wrestler and working with him has provided much value to other wrestlers.
At AEW, Jericho wanted Lee to reach great heights. As a result, as soon as he became a part of the company, Lee was pushed to becoming the leader of The Dark Order. Next, he had a great match with Jon Moxley for the AEW title and Cody Rhodes for the TNT title.
Even though he could not hold on to the title for a long time, both of the matches provided sufficient boost to his career at All Elite Wrestling.

Several wrestlers from across the industry, across the different companies, and from the independent scene have paid their tribute to Lee.

2020 has been a difficult year, and this is a news that has made it absolutely terrible. Nobody expected the wrestling industry to end the year with this note.
