Most recently, Johnson released his line of men’s skincare products called Papatui. This brand aimed to reduce the stigma men face when dealing with skincare products.

After being released via the official website and in Target, the reviews for Johnson’s Papatui skincare line have been great. The verdict is, it’s a hit. Fans and consumers have taken to social media to praise Johnson’s efforts in creating this brand. The most loved aspect of the skincare lineup is the pricing, which is around $8-$10 for most products. For example: Body washes are available for $7.99 and facial cleansers are available for $9.99.

People love it, and this reaction from the consumers does not come as a shock. When Johnson announced the brand, he explained how it had been created. Teaming with experts and scientists, he wanted to create something effective and affordable. That is the essence of Papatui. The People’s Champ also wanted to help men overcome the social stigma of using skincare products.

Johnson added that the products are unisex despite being a men’s skincare line. Even his wife uses it. The brand’s launch video showcased how much thought was put into the product. With the #TakeBetterCare, this means a lot to the star. Johnson even used the nickname his grandfather gave him, ‘Tui,’ in the brand’s name.

As mentioned, the products were rolled out recently and have been available on the official website. On March 10, it was made available in Target stores nationwide. This led to fans and the general public trying it out almost immediately. Plus, the brand claims its products are effective, high quality with clean ingredients, and have luxury scents. What is there to not like?

 

It seems that Papatui’s quality is on the higher side, garnering compliments from buyers. The comments under Johnson’s tweet were inundated with several fans already having bought Papatui’s products.

 

Products usually sold by celebrities tend to be much higher in price. However, people loved that Johnson’s brand was affordable. After all, common people will be able to access it, making the brand’s target larger and more diverse.

A fan rushed to their nearest Target on launch day to get in on the action before everyone else. They got their hands on the facial moisturizer.
