Most fans respected the 200-lb wrestler for his dedication to his craft. However, others also noticed that he could finally completely embrace the Guerrero side of him.

Dominik revealed that he got permission from the wife of the late Eddie Guerrero, Vicki to emulate the former WWE Champion and even use his taunts. Most fans agreed that despite their take on Dominik Mysterio, he’s earned respect for this.

Ex-con Dom wants to learn the nuances of Eddie Guerrero from his wife
Eddie Guerrero and Mysterio were great friends back in the day. They even got involved in a feud which resulted in the infamous custody Ladder match for Dominik. Ever since Dominik has turned heel, fans have seen shades of Eddie in him. In a recent episode of The Cheap Heat podcast, Dom revealed that he got in contact with the late wrestler’s partner, Vickie Guerrero, to learn with nuances of his craft.

Moreover, he took permission to emulate Latino Heat’s gestures, to make sure nobody’s sentiments are hurt by his recreation. In the podcast, he said “Being able to talk to Vickie, it’s been little things here and there. She’ll reach out and be like, ‘I love what you’re doing.’ I’ll reach out to here and go, ‘Hey, hopefully this is okay.’ Little things like that. I just never want any problems with the Guerrero family. It’s all love and respect at the end of the day.”
Therefore, the young WWE superstar is on the right track to working with the audience.
