While praising the job done by Lynch, The Rock also promoted the show that is based on his own self. The role that she plays is of the legendary and iconic “music trailblazer”, Cyndi Lauper. According to Johnson himself, the musician has had a great impact on his life and hence she is present in his self-produced biopic.

He also went ahead to give a glimpse at his relationship with Lauper. A very excited and satisfied Dwayne Johnson said, “a must-see. Very proud of Rebecca Quinn. Enjoy the show, everyone!” It is pretty evident that the female pro wrestler must be on cloud-9 as the Hollywood man called her a “legend and future Hall of Famer”.

‘Young Rock’s concept hits pretty differently. The show revolves around the story of a young Dwayne Johnson living in the future pretty far away from ours. However, the narration of the show uses a pretty interesting method to give fans a glimpse of Johnson’s personal life. Even though most of it is running in fiction, it turns out that a lot of flashback scenes are used to tell the actual story that carved the WWE legend.
