Apart from wrestling and acting, Cena also has a very active social media handle, especially Instagram. He often uploads decrypted photos for the public to decode them, and understand their meaning. A few years ago, during a podcast with Sports Illustrated, Cena revealed the secret behind this.
He answered in the affirmative that he manages those accounts, but when asked about the philosophy behind his Instagram posts, Cena answered, “there is meeting and everything, that people check out. And some of it is formulated and some of it has a pattern. And those who follow it will be able to see the formulated pattern.”
He further detailed that, he wants people to take anything they can from his posts. Cena said, “Here’s the thing about that, it’s not about getting it. It’s about taking away something from it. And I think that’s what special about it. And I don’t wanna go anymore into that but I will say that everything posted has a meaning. And everything posted has value, and it is to the consumer.”

John Cena has been in the entertainment business for more than 20 years now, and is a top public figure. However, being a public figure meant it came with its own share of troubles and problems. Cena stated in the same podcast that whenever he came across criticisms and cyberbullying, he would ignore them.

He encouraged people to not pay heed to those negative comments and to just move ahead. Cena revealed that the wisdom he has now, he wants to share with his younger self.
He said, “Here I am at 40 with a bunch of wisdom, I wish I could have passed to a younger me but that’s a very important message and I try to send those through my social channels, be comfortable with you, love yourself.”
