Logan Paul is now the reigning US Champion and has become the first celebrity wrestler to win a major singles WWE title. He fought Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel for the US Championship after Mysterio accepted his challenge. However, The Maverick pulled a dirty trick on Lucha Libre, knocking him out with brass knuckles mid-air to steal a win.

Following his win, Paul was ecstatic about wrestling at the promotion, even going so far as to saying that he wanted to bring in his brother, Jake, to the fray.

Logan Paul has a backup plan after cheating a win against Rey Mysterio

Social Media star and popular YouTuber, Logan Paul has impressed everyone with his in-ring skills and athleticism. But after a cheap shot on Rey at Crown Jewel, he may need some back up to fight the numbers game against lWo.

In an exclusive interview with The Daily Mail, Logan Paul spoke about his win and the prospects of bringing his brother to the wrestling world. Logan Paul referred to his brother Jake Paul using the phrase “a big right hand” as Jake is a popular boxer. He said, “If I need some back-up and a big right hand I’m going to bring in my brother!”

Logan Paul’s answer was in response to the question of whether fans could see Jake Paul in WWE. He also said, “It’s tough, bro. He’s a boxer. I’m a wrestler slash boxer. I think he’s going to be focusing on boxing for a bit – but who knows?”

Though, Logan Paul is a part-timer, he may offer a better schedule after becoming WWE US Champion. While talking about the involvement of his brother, he beilives that Jake will have similar difficulties due to his boxing schedule.

Interestingly, Jake Paul is also not well-liked by boxing fans and has previously appeared on WWE television programs alongside Logan. So, fans can expect Jake to appear again as Rey has support from his lWo mates. Hence, we can expect a battle to ensue for the US title, that Logan Paul dreamt of becoming.

After Rey Mysterio, who will be Logan Paul’s next opponent?

Logan Paul fought Dillon Danis in a boxing match at October 14th at AO Arena at Manchester. After his win through DQ, Paul challenged Rey Mysterio in his post-match interview. Mysterio accepted the challenge in an interview with Ariel Helwani and faced off against Paul on SmackDown.

Now, with a win against a living legend and a Hall of Famer, Logan Paul has a way forward towards his title defense. In an interview with Marc Raimondi of ESPN, Paul showed interest in feuding against Bad Bunny.
