Dwayne Johnson has often been considered as one of the most humble superstars to exist. He is known for his down-to-earth nature and humorous nature. Even during his stint in WWE, Johnson was still known for his quick wit nature.

After starting in WWE following a depressing football career, Johnson found success wrestling under Vince McMahon. However, after a few illustrious years, he would switch careers to join the land of Hollywood and pursue his career as an actor. In Hollywood, Johnson found extreme success and became the highest-paid actor in the world. However, not everything is perfect for Dwayne Johnson, as he also seemed to have to struggle with his own demons.

Dwayne Johnson recently met with Men’s Journal and spoke about his daily routine, his gym workout sessions, and several other things. However, what caught the fan’s eyes were his personal struggles with a mental health condition, and overcoming it.

Speaking at the interview, he revealed the adversities he overcame with workouts. Johnson said, “I’m still overcoming mental adversity to be honest. That never ends. I’ve sustained a number of injuries over the years that have been difficult to overcome, but I’m lucky that I’ve never been injured in the gym.”

He claimed that he has suffered multiple injuries but none in the gym. The Brahma Bull of WWE stated that he had been brought up to train smart and hard. However, that did not leave him without injuries inside the squared circle.

The 50-year-old said, ” I’ve had five knee surgeries, a torn Achilles. I had to be sewn back together. The top of my quad was torn from my pelvis. I had a whole bunch of s**t happen.” Despite all of these injuries and mental health adversities, Johnson is one of the top stars, always present for his fans.

Dwayne Johnson has one of the most impressive physiques on the planet right now. And, for achieving that level of fitness requires a lot of determination, dedication, and hard work. Johnson has utilized all of them to nurture his body into what it is today.

On average, he works out for 3-4 hours a day, which sometimes even reaches 6 hours. His training is separated into different days for each isolated muscle group. Along with this, he also does a lot of stretching and cardio every day. And, the results are evident.
