WWE is a place where most individuals have a much big physical appearance than average people. Each one is in greater shape than another one. The Hollywood Hulk Hogan is a prime example of a pro wrestler with a huge physique. Hogan is one of the superstars who popularized pro wrestling and made it a household name.
Terry Bollea’s massive size played a prominent role in his success in pro wrestling along with his showmanship. His 24-inch biceps and 6’7 ft height made the name Hulk Hogan seem reasonable to his gimmick. But once the huge figure of Hollywood Hogan was overshadowed by another WWE former superstar.

In a rare photo, Hulk Hogan was seen posing with The World’s Largest Athlete Big Show. Paul Wright Jr. played his last match in the ring on July 2020, against Randy Orton on Monday Night Raw. The former superstar explained in his later interviews that he was done with playing the gimmick of the Big Show.
The picture was taken at the Super Bowl XLI party at Ocean Drive Magazine Village in 2007. Both the superstars looked relaxed in the picture and having fun. The 7ft Big Show almost covered Hulk Hogan with his giant physique. But the superstars who are having fun in the pictures as friends were rivals at one point.
The old rivalry between Hulk Hogan and Big Show
Big Show and Hulk Hogan’s rivalry can be traced back to the WCW days when Wright used to play the gimmick of The Giant. Before taking his worldwide famous gimmick Big Show, Paul Wright was The Giant. The name suited best at that time for the 7ft tall pro wrestler. Big Show mostly used to play the heel in WCW where he clashed with Hulk Hogan once.

Wright joined the WWE in 1999, where he debuted with the gimmick of Big Show. The Big Show became a household name in no time and got the recognition he deserved.

Big Show is no longer with the WWE as he joined the young wrestling promotion AEW. Even though superstars switch back and forth between both promotions, it doesn’t look like the 50-year-old will be returning to the WWE.
