Many wrestling stars take it easy after their retirement. Hence, wrestlers lose all of their prime body shape and muscles they once had. Some wrestlers have ended up in a wheelchair due to the physical toll the sport took on the body and a handful of them make a comeback from that situation. However, one WWE legend who went through all the above, post-retirement, recently shared a picture of being jacked again.

What is Ric Flair’s diet now?
Being in great shape at 74 years old isn’t easy. However, Flair follows a proper diet which he shared on his podcast ‘To Be The Man’ last year.
Naitch said, “Chicken, fish, fresh vegetables steamed. I only have one cheat day a week. So I was 240 lbs, that was like 238 lbs down to 218 lbs, maybe 235 lbs to 218 lbs. Plus a four, four, two days a week. I tried five at first, but I was just too tired.”
He added, “I know how to diet. I have done that before in my life. There is always a formula. Everybody’s got a different formula but for me, I eat chicken and fish. Especially if I’m going to eat at night, I have to eat something light, like salmon or something.”
