Hogan, and the former seven-time Mr. Olympia champion, were the biggest icons in pro wrestling and bodybuilding, respectively, and also shared a close bond as friends.
There was one more wrestling legend, who was close friends with these two legends and perhaps he was a bigger icon when it came to his global appeal. That man was none other than Andre the Giant. Schwarzenegger even shared a story of how he took out Andre for dinner and when the bodybuilder wanted to pay for the meal, the giant simply lifted and placed him on a piece of furniture.

Hulk Hogan and Andre engaged in a memorable feud which culminated with ‘Hulkster’ body slamming the 500lbs giant at WrestleMania III.
Even though Hogan was a triumphant hero that night, Andre was still revered by the fans worldwide.
