At Elimination Chamber 2022, WWE witnessed for the first time women superstars billboards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Former 4-times women’s Champion Lita went head to head for the WWE Raw Women’s Champion against Big Time Becks. This was the first singles match for Lita after 16 years at the Elimination Chamber 2022.

The Raw Women’s Champion battled against her idol, Amy Dumas, aka Lita. Lita is a pioneer in the history of WWE, as she inspired many women in the roster to get into professional wrestling.

The match kicked off very well and The Machete Girl had the upper hand on Becky Lynch. The crowd was cheering loudly for the former 4-times WWE Women’s Champion. It was an exciting card to watch.

The Machete Girl performed incredibly at Elimination Chamber

During the match, Becky Lynch said to Lita, “I was trying to be nice to you, and you’re laughing at me.” Then moments later, WWE Hall of Famer attempted the famous ‘Twist of Fate’ on Lynch, but she saved herself the first time by getting caught into the finisher.

The Hall of Famer Lita had a history of neck injuries while working full-time with the WWE. And, Becky Lynch tried to hurt Lita by pulling her neck from the top rope.

The 46-years-old showed an impressive performance at Elimination Chamber by putting Big Time Becks in the moves through which she has knocked out her opponents in the past. Becky Lynch found herself in a Lita DDT, which is a very vicious move by the WWE Hall of Famer.

The former Women’s Champion held Becky Lynch in a sleeper hold. By the near end of the match, Lita finally pulled a ‘Twist of Fate’ after two failed attempts. She connected a marvelous Twist of Fate, and ultimately, it was time for the legendary Lita Moonsault.

Lita broke into emotions and thanked the WWE fans!

The moment The Machete Girl connected with a ‘Moonsault’ from the top rope revived a few memories from her time in the WWE Attitude Era.

However, Becky Lynch countered a pinfall by Lita. Later Becky Lynch slammed Lita in a second ‘Manhandle Slam.’ This time Becky made no mistake of pinning Lita. As Lita was only booked for one match after the Royal Rumble, the 46-years-old proved her strength inside the square and this might be the last time we see her compete in the ring.

The audience in Saudi Arabia cheered the WWE Hall of Famer as Becky Lynch retained her Raw Women’s Championship. Lita saw herself in tears and broke down, yet the WWE fans stood still behind her back. As Lita walked outside the ring, the crowd started cheering, “Lita, Lita!”

Her music popped back again, and The Machete Girl climbed the corner of the top rope and thanked the WWE Universe for a fantastic response towards her.

Meanwhile, Big Time Becks will headline The Stupendous WrestleMania. She will defend her Raw Women’s Champion against the Women’s Elimination Chamber winner, The EST of WWE, Bianca Belair.
