The Undertaker is perhaps the greatest WWE Superstar of all time. The Deadman has a list of accolades that are unparalleled by any other WWE Superstar till today. He is a multi-time World Champion in WWE and has won big-time matches like the Royal Rumble. However, his most incredible achievement is his 21-0 undefeated streak at WrestleMania. Moreover, his greatness also comes from The Undertaker never breaking character.
In a career that spanned over three decades, The Undertaker has rarely ever let go of his persona. This is something that is almost unseen in wrestling as the greatest of wrestlers have slipped. But not The Phenom, as he remained in character very strictly even outside the ring. This is one of the reasons, The Undertaker has the respect of many WWE legends and Superstars, including two-time, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.

In a recent episode of his “Wooooo Nation” podcast, Ric Flair talked about The Undertaker always remaining in character. Flair said that whichever character The Undertaker tried worked, whether it was his Deadman persona or “The Biker” gimmick. He pulled them off incredibly well. Ric stated the reason why The Undertaker was able to reinvent his character. Ric said.

“Because whatever a guy with that kind of skill has is always going to be great.”
Ric Flair further said that it is hard being friends with anyone in the industry after over twenty years. But he and The Undertaker have remained good friends.
“I have nothing but respect for the guy,” Ric added. “I feel like he’s really at peace with himself which is really hard to find, so when you have had a long career, it’s hard to go home.”
It is heartwarming to see one WWE legend praise another, as both of them are two of the greatest to ever do it.
The Undertaker and Ric Flair history
The Undertaker and Ric Flair are two of the biggest names in wrestling. Their contributions to the industry are enormous and both have had very long careers. The two even faced each other at WrestleMania X8 where The Undertaker gained his 10-0 streak after defeating Flair.

The Undertaker paid tribute to Flair in the ring when he retired and has mentioned many times that he respects The Nature Boy. The Undertaker will join Ric Flair in the WWE Hall of Fame soon.
