LeBron James is one of the greatest NBA players of all time. He has inspired many athletes across different sports. Another athlete that reaches his level of stardom is NFL’s, Tom Brady. Both of these men are superstars in their respective sports. Consequently, it looks like they also inspired a former WWE Superstar.

Daniel Bryan, at 40, is on the top of his game right now. It is also a testament to his ongoing legacy that he has had a long career as a pro-wrestler. However, his priorities are set on being a brilliant father first.

Bryan recently appeared on the Wrestling Observer Radio and talked at length about how fatherhood has changed his perspective on life. Moreover, Bryan explained that he has gotten much more careful about his move-set in the ring as he does not want to get any permanent damage.

This includes him taking much better care of himself, and spending more money on his body than he ever did. Bryan went on to say that LeBron James, Tom Brady, and even John Cena inspired this change. Bryan said.

“I also look at people like Tom Brady and LeBron James. Tom Brady, the work he’s put in, LeBron James, he came out and said he spends a million dollars on his body every year just so he can continue to play basketball at the highest level. That was a light switch that went off in my head because I’m a frugal human being who doesn’t like to spend money on anything and almost considered it a point of pride. When I heard him say that, it made so much sense to me.” (h/t Fightful)

Bryan also said he observed John Cena buying his own bus so he could sleep better and keep performing. This inspired Bryan to spend more money on himself as well, which he earlier was very against.
