Mandy Rose was the ultimate underdog of the WWE women’s division where she always proved to be an entertainer and put on brilliant matches. Despite that, she didn’t get success and was never put into the main event status.

However, things changed for Rose when she made her comeback at WWE NXT 2.0 with a fresh vibe and won the NXT Women’s Championship as her first title reign under Vince McMahon’s umbrella.

Rose returned to the NXT brand in July 2021 and quickly formed a dominant faction in NXT called ‘Toxic Attraction’ alongside Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jane.

Rose took to her Instagram to boast about her new personality and her first-ever title reign. In the post, she quoted Los Angeles Lakers’ megastar, Kobe Bryant, who tragically passed away in 2020.

“The beauty in being blessed with talent is rising above doubters to create a beautiful moment.” she wrote.

Is Mandy Rose destined to become the longest-reigning NXT Women’s champion?

Rose made her TV debut as part of the faction called ‘Absolution’ alongside Paige and Sonya Deville. However, she soon moved on with a singles run.

Throughout her time on the main roster, Rose always flirted with a title opportunity; however, the WWE never pushed her to reach her ultimate goal in the company.

In 2019, Rose entered into a romantic storyline with Otis which eventually ended and Rose found herself mixed with the rest of the roster.

Earlier this year, WWE re-packaged Mandy Rose and made her debut on the new revamped NXT, where it seemed like something is different about Rose this time.

She soon cleared all the doubts when she became the NXT Women’s Champion. Eventually, at Halloween Havoc, Rose defeated Raquel González in a ‘Trick or Street Fight’ match to win the Women’s Championship, the first title of her wrestling career.

After all the chances and fans wanting Rose to win a title in WWE, Rose is eventually a champion of the third brand of WWE. And it looks like WWE is willing to take to next step and maybe make her the longest reigning champion.
