Apart from business, many stars also invest in several sports leagues and teams. Similarly, an NBA legend recently formed a partnership with the WWE Executive.

PWInsider recently shared a report which stated NBA legend Carmelo Anthony joining hands with WWE Executives George Barrios and Michelle Wilson to launch Isos7.

The reports said, “Isos Capital Management Founders and Co-CEOs George Barrios and Michelle Wilson today announced a partnership with 10-Time NBA All-Star and entrepreneur Carmelo Anthony to launch Isos7 Sports Investments.”

It added, “The platform will provide growth capital, targeting $50 million to $100 million per investment, to a diversified portfolio of sports leagues, teams, emerging properties, and ancillary businesses in North America, Europe, and pan-Asia.”

Isos7 plans to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in the major leagues across the world. They aim to bring investors to put their money in MLB, MLS, NBA, and NHL in North America.

Also, they aim to make investments in the leagues outside the North American continent. The organization mainly plans to make investments with European soccer clubs. The baseline of the company is for investors to become a part of major sports clubs across the world.

Anthony last played for Los Angeles Lakers in 2022. He has made a huge name in NBA for a long time and is now ready to become a top businessman.

How much capital does Anthony and WWE Executives partnered company already have?

Isos7 will surely make several investors a part of many recognized and well-known clubs around the world. However, they already have access to a large amount of capital that PWInsider mentioned.

The report said, “Based on the founders’ track record of driving shareholder value in the public market, Isos7 anticipates having access to approximately $750 million in capital to deploy.”

It further states, “Ownership groups and management teams will also benefit from the partners’ history of value creation and operational expertise across sports and media properties to help transform business models and accelerate growth.”

Also, it said how the company will be led by a 100% “diverse management team”. Moreover, 1% of profits will go to “support underrepresented populations and underserved communities.”
