Stephen A. Smith is one of the best interviewers in the world and he proved it recently. Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman appeared on ESPN First Take ahead of SummerSlam. The 55-year-old NBA analyst went all-in to make The Tribal Chief silent over his upcoming match with Jey Uso.

The NBA analyst asked Reigns a question about the way he has dealt with The Bloodline that left the champion dumbfounded, much to the amusement of WWE fans everywhere.

Stephen A. Smith asks Roman Reigns a hard question

Smith shed light on how family members usually stick together and look out for each other. However, in Roman Reigns’ case, that isn’t a thing and the NBA analyst pointed it out, to which the WWE Star replied, “I’m trying to help them.”.

The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion meant he is helping his brothers to elevate, to which Smith replied, “By beating them up?!”  This left Reigns speechless and fans quickly noticed the ESPN show host roasting the WWE Champ.

Reigns didn’t expect this question from the NFL analyst. However, he further explained how a clash with his brothers is a form of tough love. The Needlemover’s main objective from The Bloodline was to be on the top along with his cousins. Nevertheless, Smith’s reply made Reigns silent and fans enjoyed it.
