Ever since Damage Ctrl took a loss at the hands of Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus at WrestleMania 39, there has been a question mark over Bayley’s future in WWE. Especially after her cryptic social media post that confused many about her status in the Stamford-based company. However, a recent social media activity by the former women’s champion has all but ended all speculations about her future.

Bayley has been a regular feature in the women’s division and the possibility of her departure from WWE concerned many. But a recent web activity may contain positive news for fans.

Bayley gives a hint about her WWE future

Lita aka Amy Dumas, who competed in the three-women tag match at Mania, recently posted a story on her Instagram account. She displayed her battle scars and wrote, “The perfect smoky eye in half the time Thanks, again @itsmebayley {Bayley’s Instagram handle}”. Bayley shared the Hall of Famer’s story and added, “And i’d do it again @machetegirl {Lita’s Instagram name}”.

Clearly, both of them have unfinished business which bodes well for fans who were wishing Damage Ctrl’s leader stayed put at WWE.

Hence, left serious doubts about whether her long association with the wrestling promotion was coming to an abrupt end.

The fact that it came hours after her loss at ‘The Showcase of Immortals’ was concerning for many. But thankfully it appears the grand slam champion is going to extend her run with WWE.

Bayley’s recent reply to Lita is a strong indicator that fans can continue to see her in a WWE ring. It is unclear what her Twitter post actually meant, but wrestling purists would be glad to know that she is staying with the company. One does not need to look further than the former NXT women’s champion’s contribution to her heel faction Damage Ctrl to see her impact.
