Bianca Belair reveals her diet chart

Top star Bianca Belair recently appeared on the popular podcast show ‘Out Of Character’. She spoke about a lot of things, including her marriage and relationship with husband Montez Ford, her dream WrestleMania match, her food habit and many more. Belair also shared her strict diet chart that she used to follow while pursuing a ruthless body building competition.

While being asked about what her diet chart looks like, Belair noted, ‘It’s a lot of just balance for the most part, for breakfast it’s like a lot of oatmeal like plain oatmeal and egg whites. Now I crave oatmeal for like all the time. And for lunch it’s like a lot of baked chicken, vegetables, a little of rice and for dinner it’s like fish and vegetables.’

Appreciating the coach who made her journey easier, Bianca added, ‘But I have an amazing coach who understands that you know WWE is my priority.

Bianca Belair’s dark history with eating disorder 

However, the journey of Bianca Belair was not at all a smooth one. Today’s one of the fiercest WWE Women’s Champion had to go through some dark phase back in her schooling days. Just like most of the oversized girls out there, Belair used to have her own fair share of shame and guilt related to her imperfect body. It reached so extreme that it used to make her take literally no food in order to lose weight faster. Even her parents were in the dark about it. As a result, Belair lost weight fast, but lost her stamina and strength to sustain any sport too. However, this is not the end. Even in her college days, she was diagnosed with a Binge eating disorder that means over obsession about food.

However, leaving those dark days behind, Bianca Belair has finally established herself as one of the fittest star in the industry with a proper healthy diet that’s worth appreciating.

Currently, the self proclaimed EST of WWE is awaiting the results of Raw Women’s Championship #1 contender Elimination Chamber Match to pick her opponent at upcoming WrestleMania 39.
